The art of dance is precious, as movements irretrievably vanish. What would be more suitable than a dance that reflects our transience? The choreographer Tabea Martin has dedicated an entire trilogy to the topic of death: After «This is my last dance» and «Forever», «Nothing Left» examines the impact that the death of others has on us. While death is the end of life for the deceased, those left behind face a new process. How can life carry on from here? We are helpless when faced with death, which is, however, an inevitable part of our lives. Unconstrained by the usual taboos, Tabea Martin takes a closer look, sets out the main topic and questions it. Dance opens up a new level of communication, thereby allowing the unspeakable to be spoken.
Masks mandatory in the performance venue. Further information here.
