People with residence permits S, N or F receive free tickets for own events at the box office. People without regular residence status please contact kasse@dampfzentrale.ch
Advance sales
Tickets can be purchased without service or additional fees directly from our website. Phone orders on +41 (0)900 320 320 (charged at a rate of CHF 1/min).
A waiting list is kept at the box office for sold-out performing art events.
Wheelchair users
Please register by e-mail at kasse@dampfzentrale.ch so that we can reserve an appropriate place in the auditorium. Accompanying persons of people with disabilities do not pay admission.
Prices
The general rise in costs will result in a price increase in 2024 – but the fact remains: at Dampfzentrale Bern, you decide what you want to pay. You can choose between three price categories: The normal price, the small price or the enthusiast price.
Everyone under the age of 18 pays the U18 price (for standing concerts only with prior booking at kasse@dampfzentrale.ch): CHF 10.–

The box office opens one hour before the start of a performance.
Discounts and concessions
Discounts for dance and theater professionals (CHF 16.-) are available for stage events. Please contact kasse@dampfzentrale.ch.
Holders of a KulturLegi only pay CHF 16 for our events (only at the box office, prior bookings not possible).
Free admission with Kultur-GA (only available with prior booking at kasse@dampfzentrale.ch).
People with permits S, N or F are eligible for a free ticket to standard in-house events. The free tickets can be picked up at the box office with proof of eligibility (permit).
HKB
HKB students are eligible for ten free tickets per semester. This offer applies to standard in-house events of Dampfzentrale Bern (no Club or “Zu Gast”, e.g. AUAWIRLEBEN or STEPS). Free tickets are available at the box office with proof of eligibility (valid BFHcard) as long as the event has not sold out. Prior bookings are not possible.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers (CHF 20 / 50 / 100) are available at the box office and valid for all in-house events.
Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for all our own events. The voucher code is redeemable only once. Remaining amounts cannot be paid back. One order can be paid for with several vouchers. No exchange or return for cash.
