Their co-president Rosmarie Wydler-Wälti explains what they are up against and how they manage to remain rebellious and committed to the cause. Her contribution is the perfect way to kick off an evening of introductions all about the generations.
KlimaSeniorinnen
KlimaSeniorinnen Schweiz has been standing up for the protection of fundamental rights, especially the right to life and health, since 2016. The average age of the members, senior women aged 64 and over who live in Switzerland, is 73. Together, they actively campaign for improvements on climate protection in Switzerland and have already sued the Federal Council of Switzerland due to its inadequate climate policy.
