In the run-up to the Musikfestival Bern 2025 on the theme of «Chain», festival participants will engage in a transdisciplinary exchange with guests.
«Algorithms do dream», a scenic concert of rare complexity, is being created for the Musik. It combines musical precision, movement research and human-machine interactions. What if machines became playing partners?
The ensemble is visiting the Dampfzentrale for a week of rehearsals in June and invites interested parties to immerse themselves in its creative work. In a format lasting several hours, the artists will provide insights into their work and personalities, revealing biographical and other formative influences. Examples from the current work phase – and the associated processes, considerations and technologies – meet examples of earlier works.
