Ying-Hsueh Chen is a visionary and versatile percussionist and pianist from Taiwan. She is internationally renowned for her extraordinary stage presence and pioneering interpretations of contemporary works. Since 2006, Ying-Hsueh Chen has been living in Copenhagen, where she works as a versatile musician, in the classical as well as the contemporary and experimental scenes of Europe and Asia.
During a week-long residency at the Dampfzentrale Bern, she will be meeting with students from the Bern University of the Arts and putting together a concert programme.
