The ballroom scene developed within the black LGBTQI+ community in the 1960s and 70s. Meanwhile, it has conquered the world and its dance style is the inspiration for many. «Attitude» is just as important in voguing as the various moves. You will get to experience first-hand and learn the Duck Walk, Hands, Spins and Dips, to name just a few, during this five-part course.

Ivy Monteiro, a Brazilian artist and choreographer from Zurich, turns up the heat and allows participants to delve physically and emotionally deep into the lifestyle of voguing. Sun Niederer, Prince of the House of B. Poderosa and Bern-based voguer, ensures you learn the basic movements and all about the rich history of voguing.

Due to the protective measures in place at the studio, it is only possible to attend the course from start to finish.
