Mithu Sanyal
Dr Mithu M. Sanyal is a cultural scientist, author, journalist and critic. She writes for various media outlets such as WDR, taz, Frankfurter Rundschau and the British Guardian. In addition to several non-fiction books, including «Vulva. Das unsichtbare Geschlecht» and the award-winning«Vergewaltigung. Aspekte eines Verbrechens», she published her first novel, «Identitti», in 2021. It was awarded the Ernst Bloch Prize and the Ruhr Literature Prize and was shortlisted for the German Book Prize. Her new novel, «Antichristie» was also nominated for the German Book Prize.
