The three exceptional dancers – Ordinateur, a star of coupé-décalé, Alex Mugler, a New York voguing sensation, and Carlos Gabriel Martinez, a specialist in Mexican urban dance – know how to leave the audience and their colleagues bristling with enthusiastic awe. All three dance styles developed as forms of resistance. In «Trio (for the beauty of it)», they merge these movements of hybridisation against all the temptations of nationalism. An extravaganza of self-empowerment in physical form.
