In her works, Doris Uhlich frequently grappels with body norms and normative ideals of beauty. Naked- ness plays a key role. The Austrian choreographer and performance artist has received numerous awards for her work, including the Nestroy Theatre Award for her «inclusion on equal footing». In 2018, she was nominated by tanz, a German magazine for dance, ballet and performance, as «Choreographer of the Year».
