Dawit Seto invites us to a sharing where he explores the meaning of climate movement rituals from the Horn of Africa for a contemporary audience. It is a fusion of traditional and contemporary dance, combining traditional steps, rhythms and gestures with modern choreography and music. Dawit Seto’s aim is to make these rituals accessible and inviting while bridging the gap between tradition and the present. Together with the audience, the urgent message of climate change is to be conveyed through the power of movement and artistic expression.
