Raisa K / Film 2

Raisa K, also known as Raisa Khan, is a singer-songwriter, producer and keyboardist who lives in London and grew up there. She is a member of the band Good Sad Happy Bad, alongside Mica Levi and CJ Calderwood, amongst others, and is an NTS resident. Her debut album, Affectionately, was released in March 2025 on the Danish label 15 love (home to ML Buch, amongst others). On Affectionately, lovingly written lyrics meet self-produced laptop instrumentals, which envelop Raisa’s delicate, slightly dreamy yet distinctly prominent vocals in an industrial-tinged ambient soundscape. The artist describes the album as an in-depth exploration of the complex cycles of relationships and commitment. Live, Raisa K performs as part of a trio with Coby Sey and Pike.

Film 2 are Jonas Albrecht, Elias Bieri and Elischa Heller. For almost a decade, they have been making their way through the Swiss underground scene, from dark cellars to niche festivals, from 20-minute sets to 4-hour performances, or turning heads with their unique release concepts. For instance, the band made their album Unbewusste Liebe available, apart from on vinyl, solely via a specially created website, where it can be heard once a day at sunrise and once at sunset. Musically situated somewhere between noise rock, Krautrock and experimental music, their sound crashes in with sonic landscapes that overwhelm, bewilder and sweep you away. Oscillating somewhere between energetic and gruelling, yet there are always moments that touch the listener and invite them to pause and reflect. In the summer of 2026, Film 2 will release their new EP ok sibs let’s scramble this up (mixed by Rainy Miller).
