Why is there so much injustice in the world?
Is it inevitable – or can we overcome it? Together, we reflect on the causes of inequality and consider the responsibilities we carry as well as the actions we can take.
This question connects to the performance “Lionhearts” by Figurentheater St. Gallen / mangischproduktion, presented on 17, 18, and 22 February 2026 at Schlachthaus Theater.
Children and adults deal with big questions. They discuss and philosophise in separate groups. The children are guided by theatre teachers, the adults by philosophers. Tandems of children with mum, dad, grandma or another accompanying person can exchange ideas afterwards on the way home or over dinner.
«Philosophieren!» takes place alternately at Berner Generationenhaus, Dampfzentrale Bern or Schlachthaus Theater Bern. Each event lasts one hour.
