Based on his book «Perfect Victims and the Politics of Appeal», author, poet and journalist Mohammed El Kurd speaks about the extent to which Palestinians must prove their humanity in order to be heard. This will be followed by the network «Performing for Palestine» applying his analysis to the Swiss arts scene: which bodies and stories are missing – and under what conditions are they represented? And what lessons can be learned for the practice of critical curation from El Kurd’s observations?

Further information to follow soon.
