The premiere of her new audiovisual concert, which accompanies the upcoming release of her new album Exuvie on 27 February, took place at CTM Festival in Berlin. Now it will be performed for the first time in Switzerland. The music of Zurich-based Swiss-French sound artist Noémi Büchi is characterised by a delicate synthesis of textured rhythms and electroacoustic abstraction. Büchi creates an expansive listening experience characterised by finely crafted details and sublime, orchestral soundscapes. She often works for dance and theatre and specialises in immersive, live audiovisual projects.
Krakow-based artist Martyna Basta creates atmospheric soundscapes that strike a perfect balance between experimental and composed music, field recordings, ASMR voices, folkloric moments and ambient electronica. Originally trained in classical guitar, Basta turned her back on the academic world and replaced the guitar with synthesizers. For her highly acclaimed 2023 album Slowly forgetting, barely remembering, acoustic instruments such as the zither and guitar found their way back into her music, and her obvious spiritual kinship with American musician Claire Rousay was revealed in their first collaboration.
Avia is a Basel-based DJ and cultural producer working at the intersection of club culture, contemporary art, and experimental sound. Her genre-spanning mixes weave ambient textures with club-oriented intensity, creating atmospheric soundscapes that move between the present moment and speculative futures.
