For the second full-length work WHEN MAMA WAS MOTH I TOOK BULB FORM, Moschini/Popall take up experiences and imprints of family relationships and spin them into a fantastic landscape full of ruptures and breaks. In it, dependency relationships and processes of detachment can be questioned. Through the interweaving of movement, words and countless materials, the stage space becomes a place for retreat and transformation. The audience is invited to witness this metamorphosis.
