In 1955, the renowned international dancer Harald Kreutzberg established a school in Bern that introduced young dancers to a concept of modern dance. Leuenberger/Schwald, together with now over 80-year-old former pupils of the school, attempt to shed new light on this fascinating and controversial man. Idolised for his dance techniques, criticised for his work under the Nazis; plenty of unanswered questions surround this emotionally expressive dancer, which Leuenberger/Schwald hope to address through a mixture of dance, documentary and multimedia art.
