Rock me Baby is a glam rock dance theatre concert for the very young ones. An energetic performance inspired by the rock aesthetics of the 70s and 80s. Music, dance and theatre unite in a bright and colourful experience. With music from pop to punk and hard rock, the performance challenges the limits of what we think toddlers can grasp. Spectacular costumes, dance and a powerful soundscape performed live create a visual and auditory celebration, that fascinates children and adults alike.

The texts for this year’s Tanz in Bern draw from two sources: firstly, what the artists themselves write about their productions, and secondly, why each performance was curated for the festival with the theme of «Mensch!».
