Information:
«Unearth» is a continuously building performance. We recommend a visit every full hour (2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm). You decide how long you want to stay.
The audience area is not seated, so you can move freely around the room.
After the performance, you will be accompanied by the Dampfzentrale team on a walk to the festival centre. There you can enjoy a bite to eat while the performers Dana Pajarillaga & Bee Brown from ‘Unearth’ DJ.
Ten dancers lay bare the almost boundless mental and physical resourcefulness of the human body. «Unearth» is centred around the human drive to revive and the yearning to relive. In this durational work, audiences witness a stripped down yet powerful choreography of body and voice. Until the sun goes down, it weaves together a contemplative tapestry of dance, voice and song that is well worth exploring. Performed in Bern City Hall, the performance invites the audience to experience the venue from a new perspective.
