This year, the studio for sustainable scenography at OFFCUT Zurich is staging the Kesselhaus at Dampfzentrale as a festival centre on the theme of ‘ensemble’. The studio, headed by Silvan Kuhl, always draws on existing materials. The interior design for Tanz in Bern is also realised with recycled materials.
OFFCUT
Scenographer Silvan Kuhl is co-founder of the OFFCUT Zurich association. The Swiss-wide network operates a market of second-hand materials for creative reuse.
Festival centre opening hours
Monday to Friday: from 18.00
Saturdays: from 13:00
Sundays: from 10:30
Exception: Sunday, 10.11. the centre is open from 14:00 with cake & coffee.
Attention: on Tuesday, 29.10. and on Tuesday, 5.11. the festival centre will be closed due to the concert.
