If we assume that local performance and theatre practice is a white dominated space – how should we deal with this and who profits from it? When initiating and implementing projects? When it comes to casting and promotion? Based on these thoughts, we approach central questions of the criticism of racism (or the addressing of white dominance) on and behind the stage. The workshop leaders shall explore avenues towards taking responsibility for racism through self-examination. It is essential that white people take a critical approach to reflecting on their white privilege.
