Racism concerns all of us! Not only the victims of discrimination but also the people being unjust and prejudiced. While it takes knowledge and sensitivity to recognise racism, language is key to labelling it. It takes self-examination to recognise and change your own advantages that arise from the hierarchical structure of society.
