Since its performance at the Bouquet Stage Festival Kyiv in 2019, the Ensemble Proton Bern has established friendships with artists from Ukraine. The project New Music from Ukraine aims to give artistic voice to the war-torn country: Within the framework of a call for proposals, the ensemble has selected five composers of different musical orientations who have developed new works in exchange with the ensemble members.
