As President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Mirjana Spoljaric Egger is in charge of one of the most important organisations operating in global conflict and crisis zones. A graduate in philosophy and former Swiss diplomat, she has been working in highly complex geopolitical contexts for decades and is confronted with immeasurable suffering.
