Will Corona change us permanently – here and in all countries?
Yes, the “Bund” asked the Gretchen question: What does it want to tell us, the crisis, what signs does Corona send us? Is it the just punishment for a globalized and consumerist lifestyle? Is there a way out of the hamster wheel – or have we already kicked it off again?
Jury members of the “Bund” essay competition were Nicole Bachmann (crime writer and psychologist) as well as Ueli Balsiger alias Balts Nill (formerly Stiller Has) and “Bund” editor-in-chief Patrick Feuz. They can look forward to the selected essays and decide live on the placements of the finalists. There will also be slam performances on the same topic.
It has almost become a tradition: this year, too, the current winner of the Salzburg Bull, cabaret artist Renato Kaiser, will moderate the evening. Pianist Simon Bucher and mezzo-soprano Stephanie Szanto will provide musical accents as The High Horse.
